The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Church’s and Car Shoe brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.Job PurposeThis position is responsible for achieving sales targets of Brand + Product Category for all Prada Boutiques/Shops by executing Buying and Retail Merchandising activities working closely with Headquarters and Japan Retail Functions. Analyzes the distinctive features of the market in terms of sales, trends, and characteristics of the clientele in order to acquire an extensive understanding of the market and to remain constantly up to date.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for buying process, in line with the selection of Headquarters Master OrderHandle replenishment and rebalance products, with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Manager, to achieve sell-through target.Analyze the sales performance and sell-through, supervise the local market to ensure the right management of the stock and the proper replenishment, well timed to seize the business opportunities.Work closely with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.Visit frequently Boutiques/Shops in the Region to provide assistance and feedback and increase performanceAnalyze the distinctive trait of the market in terms of trends, positioning of competitors and characteristics of the clientele and continuous transfer significant information to the HeadquartersFacilitate seasonal Product Training to all the shops.Develop sales strength of Store Managers and StaffsParticipate in periodical Store Managers’ Meeting to increase the effectiveness in terms of communication.Work closely with Visual Merchandising Team to ensure the Brand image in the shops.Knowledge And SkillsMerchandising in Luxury Fashion IndustryLeadership SkillsProduct KnowledgeQuantitative Analytical skillsListening SkillFluent English with Italian HQsMerchandising in Luxury Fashion IndustryProduct and fashion industry knowledgeQuantitative Analytical skillsPersuation and influencingProactivity and continuos improvementResult drivenFluent EnglishPresentation/Communication SkillsJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
