该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1.负责分管生产设备的技术创新或技改项目的立项、技术方案的可行性论证； 2.组织设备重难点攻关项目的实施，开展技术验证； 3.负责“四新技术（新产品、新技术、新工艺、新设备）”的推广运用 4.负责协调内外部资源，组织开展内外部技术交流及创新成果申报； 5.负责为生产提供专业技术指导和支持。 【任职资格】 1.本科及以上学历，化工机械、自动化相关专业； 2.具备一定的学习理解、沟通协调、数据分析能力，较强的文字表达能力，熟练操作各类常用办公软件； 3.具有较强的团队意识、责任意识，工作严谨、勤奋。
