该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1.负责生产装置的设备技术管理工作； 2.组织起草、修订技术管理制度并组织实施； 3.负责装置适用的设备技术改进、参与新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料应用研究及应用过程质量控制、项目管理等。 【任职条件】 1.本科及以上学历，机械相关专业； 2.了解化工领域，熟悉化工设备的前沿技术；能够参与设备更新改造，参与实施技术转化项目等工作。 3.逻辑思维能力、创新能力、学习能力、抗压能力、组织协调能力、书面与口头表达能力表现优秀，有较强的培养潜质。
