ML Engineer

Now we’re hiring an ML Maven to architect and build the core engine that runs it.You’ll be designing and building an LLM-driven system integrating Whisper, ElevenLabs (or similar) and custom pipelines for voice-to-text / text-to-voice. You’ll shape the full model architecture (from fine-tuning to deployment) and help link it into live infra. This is hands-on, early-stage work: think less “tweak a model,” more “build the backbone” within an early-stage start-up.We’re looking for someone who:Lives in the ML stack - knows how to train, deploy and optimise models for scale.Has strong experience with Whisper, ElevenLabs, or equivalent frameworks.Can work across speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems with speed and precision.Understands how to build and deploy, not just research.Loves being a pioneer within a small team; high stakes and building from the ground up.This isn’t a job where you slot in — it’s one where you help define the thing. You will need time to append to standing up a PoC, integrating it and once early adopters are using evolving and refining the model.
