Mobile Development Leader

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Mobile Development Leader to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will lead a team of talented mobile engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our mobile experiences are innovative, scalable, and user-centric.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the mobile development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Define the architecture and technical roadmap for mobile applications (cross-platform and native).Set coding standards, enforce best practices, and implement performance optimization strategies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and PMs to ensure seamless user experience.Guide and mentor team members to support their technical and professional growth.Stay up to date with mobile trends and continuously evaluate new technologies.Oversee development of complex mobile solutions, including super apps with mixed native & hybrid stacks.Drive CI/CD adoption, A/B testing, crash/error monitoring, and user feedback loopsRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.8+ years of mobile development experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong technical expertise in:– Flutter (primary), Kotlin and/or Swift– Mobile architecture and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)– Performance profiling, optimization, and debuggingExperience in building and shipping apps for both Android and iOS platforms.Deep understanding of cross-platform vs native trade-offs.Familiar with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.Fluent English (verbal and written).Willingness to travel internationally when required.Prefer:Experience in super apps, fintech, e-commerce, or digital transformation domains.Exposure to AI, Blockchain, or ML in mobile apps.Familiarity with backend architecture or having led full-stack teams.Cloud platform experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure
