About The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced HME – Mobile Planner to support maintenance planning and scheduling activities across both surface and underground mobile fleets within a major gold mining operation.Based in Perth, this role operates Monday to Friday and offers flexible working arrangements, including partial work-from-home options. You’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment availability and reliability through effective work management and SAP-based planning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, schedule, and manage weekly maintenance plans for HME fleetsCoordinate job packs, materials, and resources for surface and underground assetsUse SAP (ECC6) to maintain work orders, task lists, and maintenance plansLiaise with site-based supervisors, trades, and engineering teams to optimise fleet availabilitySupport shutdown preparation, planning, and execution where requiredDrive continuous improvement in maintenance systems and practicesBenefitsPerth-based Monday to Friday role with flexible work-from-home options$90–100 per hour + super3-month contract with potential for extensionExposure to large-scale gold mining fleet operationsJoin a supportive and experienced planning teamAbout YouProven experience as a Mobile or HME Planner within mining maintenanceStrong SAP (ECC6) skills for planning, scheduling, and work managementFamiliarity with both surface and underground fleet maintenanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMust have the right to work in AustraliaAbout UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
