With us, you'll be building distributed systems, designing reliable and adaptive solutions, and writing code that shapes the future of how AI is used.Main Responsibilities:Design and prototype intuitive native mobile interfaces (iOS and Android) and mobile-first product experiencesCombine design thinking and brand guidelines to innovate while ensuring consistency and usability across the mobile appsCommunicate clearly and proactively with product managers and stakeholders to deeply understand business goals, user context, and internal requirementsOwn every stage of the design cycle, from ideating initial solutions through polished user experience implementationConduct product research, usability testing, and experiments to inform and validate design decisionsActively participate in continuously improving internal design processes, tooling, and design cultureBalance several projects at once, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently metProvide and receive actionable feedback from teammates, stakeholders, and peersCore Requirements:Product design experience building digital products, with 3+ years focused on native mobile (iOS and/or Android) applicationsGreat communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts early, often, clearly, and persuasivelyA can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working onEmploy both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growthKeen interest in AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and other related fieldsAbility to comfortably embrace the highly technical nature of nexos.ai productFluency in EnglishCase studies showcasing end-to-end product design workSalary Range:Gross salary 24600 - 27100 pln/monthWhat We Offer Professional growth.
