Job Title: Sales Officer – Mobile Installment Location: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Pakistan Reports To: Area/Market ManagerSalary: CommissionJob Purpose The Promoter/Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile installment products directly to customers in assigned retail outlets or market areas. This role requires actively engaging customers, explaining product and financing options, processing applications, and ensuring an excellent customer experience to drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities1.   Sales & Customer Engagemento   Actively approach and engage potential customers in assigned areas.o   Explain mobile installment offers, financing terms, and application process clearly and convincingly.o   Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the Area/Market Manager.2.   Application Processing & Supporto   Assist customers in completing installment applications accurately.o   Coordinate with the back-office team for quick application processing and approvals.o   Ensure all required documents are collected and verified before submission.3.   Relationship Buildingo   Maintain good relationships with store staff, retail partners, and customers.o   Work closely with the Area/Market Manager to ensure smooth operations and strong partner collaboration.4.   On-Floor Executiono   Keep promotional materials, product displays, and POS areas neat and attractive.o   Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to report to management.o   Support any special campaigns, promotions, or events in the market.5.   Compliance & Process Adherenceo   Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.o   Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills·        Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.·        Experience:o   1–3 years of experience in sales or promotions (mobile phones, electronics, or financing preferred).o   Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.·        Skills & Competencies:o   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.o   Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.o   Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.o   Basic computer knowledge for data entry and application processing. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· Achievement of individual sales targets.· Conversion rate from leads to approved sales.· Customer satisfaction scores.· Accuracy and completeness of application documentation.
