This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, explore creative content ideas, and contribute to real campaigns while working closely with experienced social media professionals.Responsibilities Assist in managing daily posting and content scheduling across social channels. Support the development of social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Scratch ideas and concepts for reels, stories, and visual content. Help design or coordinate simple visual assets when needed. Respond to comments on our social platforms and engage with the audience. Do community engagement activities on behalf of businesses (likes, replies, outreach, meaningful interactions). Help draft captions and provide creative input for reel formats, trends, and design directions. Monitor social media analytics and highlight insights or performance issues. Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Stay updated on current trends, viral formats, and best practices in digital media.Requirements Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content. Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is an advantage. Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow deadlines and complete assigned tasks responsibly. Passion for creative storytelling and online engagement.
