TradeLocker is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to lead and elevate our global sales initiatives and build relationships with our existing clients. What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and exceed sales targets. Managing the full sales cycle: communicating with leads, scheduling meetings, closing deals, following up, upselling, and handling all activities that drive revenue growth. Monitoring and analyzing key sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior leadership.

Designing and implementing business strategies that expand our customer base and strengthen market presence. Communicating the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters. Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer expectations. Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and optimizing for upsell and retention. Collaborating with marketing, onboarding, finance, and legal teams to refine and improve the entire customer journey—from lead generation to account management.

Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual targets. Staying ahead of emerging markets, new product developments, and competitor movements. What We're Looking For3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, or a similar role. Strong background in sales development and delivering customer-centric solutions. Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite. Excellent English in written, verbal, and presentation skills (any other language is considered as an asset). Fast, consistent, and dependable in follow-ups and communication. Proficient in using CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot).

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel and work internationally when required. The gross salary range for the Sales and Account Manager position is between €2500 and €3500 monthly, depending on your experience.
