We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and of course, our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).Do you want to join the party?ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously prioritize the moderation backlog, focusing on scalable safety solutions and automation.Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to design and improve moderation workflows.Translate business, operational, and policy requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Support engineering teams during implementation by clarifying requirements, priorities, and edge cases.Leverage data analysis, ML/NLP tools, and automation technologies to detect and mitigate harmful content.Define and track safety KPIs in collaboration with Stakeholders and Product ManagerDrive continuous improvements based on data insights, support cases, incident reviews, and regulatory updates.Participate in incident analysis and post-release reviews to improve system reliability and risk mitigation.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project or Product Manager in consumer-facing moderation, Trust & Safety, or risk-related products.Experience with video streaming platforms is a strong plus.Experience in automation, tooling, and AI-driven operational improvements, particularly in content moderation, will be considered a strong plus.Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using metrics, dashboards, logs, and experimentation frameworks.Strong understanding of online safety standards, platform integrity, and the evolving regulatory landscape.Experience with both human moderation workflows and machine-based moderation systems.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional feature teams.Strong ownership, attention to detail, and confident communication skills.What we offer:Each employee is a partner of the Company as everyone has stock optionsCompetitive salary and performance review annual bonusOfficial employment in Cyprus: work permit visa for employees and the residence permit for spousesHybrid set up: one day per week remote optionMedical insurance Comfortable office in Limassol center with all goods to make your working day productiveLunch and dinner, unlimited coffee/tea/drinks and a variety of snacks in the officeOpportunities for professional growth and skills improvementAtmosphere of challenges, creativity, team playFamily Corporate events: we believe that our family support us every day and they are a part of our professional successGreek lessonsSport compensationParticipation in Aris Limassol F.C Activities: Complementary access to Aris Sky Box and VIP areas, official events and merchandise, as Tango is the Title Sponsor of Aris Limassol F.C.Gifts
