Product Owner (Growth & Monetisation) – Dating AppWe’re building a dating product that’s already live on the App Store and Google Play, with early users and proven behavioural signals. Now, we’re stepping into the phase of systematic growth and monetisation optimisation, and we need a passionate Product Owner to lead the charge.If you’ve worked with consumer or dating products before and want to take ownership of growth and revenue, this role is made for you. You’ll work directly with the founder, shaping the future of the app not by ticking off tasks, but by making impactful product decisions.Role OverviewThis position is all about driving key growth metrics and maximising revenue through thoughtful strategy and data-driven execution. You’ll own the activation flow, boost retention rates, and optimise every part of the monetisation funnel from subscriptions and boosts to paywalls and in-app triggers.Your goal? Increasing lifetime value, improving unit economics, and preparing our product for scale.ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimise the activation flow to engage new users effectivelyIncrease retention rates across relevant benchmarksTake full ownership of monetisation strategies, including subscriptions, boosts, and in-app triggersRefine the paywall experience and improve conversion to paid usersDevelop pricing strategies informed by market data and user behaviourWork closely with analytics by leveraging cohort analysis and product metricsRun A/B tests to validate growth and monetisation hypothesesCollaborate with acquisition teams (Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, ASO) to align growth effortsRequirementsExperience in dating product management with growth and monetisation focusComfort interpreting data and working directly with analytics toolsConfidence in making product decisions that directly impact revenueStrong collaboration skills - you’ll be working closely with the founder and the teamAdditional pluses: experience with Mixpanel, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppsFlyer, paywalls, and in-app monetisation modelsWhat We OfferA chance to influence a promising dating app at a critical stage of growthDirect access to leadership and the opportunity to shape company strategyFlexible working arrangements with plans to open an office in CyprusCompensation tailored to your experience and impactA tight-knit, ambitious team passionate about innovation and user experienceRoom to learn, grow, and tackle real business challenges head-onHow to ApplyIf you’re excited by the challenge of owning growth and monetisation in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
