The Position/RoleJob Title: MoneyOwl - Partnerships Specialist (12-month contract)Reporting To: Head of Partnerships Job DescriptionAs a Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in growing MoneyOwl’s reach and impact through strategic collaborations and financial literacy initiatives. You will build partnerships with corporates, unions, government entities, community organisations, and financial industry partners to advance MoneyOwl’s mission of empowering individuals to make wise money decisions.This role offers the opportunity to design and implement creative financial education programmes, engage diverse audiences, and represent MoneyOwl as a speaker and trainer at workshops and public events. We are looking for a mission-oriented professional who is adaptable, proactive, and ready to go beyond the job description to achieve meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership DevelopmentIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporates, unions, and community organisations to advance MoneyOwl’s mission of financial inclusion.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders.Collaborate across internal teams to co-create impactful outreach and education initiatives.Conceptualise, develop, and write proposals for financial literacy and wellness programmes tailored to partner needs.Public Education & PresentationConduct financial literacy talks, workshops, and webinars for the public, employees, or community members.Deliver presentations that simplify complex financial concepts and inspire participants to take informed action. Work with Trainers to create engaging and accessible content that helps individuals understand key financial concepts such as budgeting, insurance planning, investing, CPF, and retirement.Programme Monitoring & EvaluationDevelop innovative programme formats and delivery models to enhance engagement and impact.Track the reach and effectiveness of partnership initiatives.Collect feedback and insights to improve future programmes.Support reporting and storytelling efforts that demonstrate MoneyOwl’s social impact.RequirementsBachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or financial education.Good understanding of financial products, including funds, insurance, and investment solutions.Background in financial planning, financial services or fintech will be an advantage.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and clear educational content.Excellent interpersonal skills — a relationship builder with empathy, integrity, and purpose.Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and drive.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Passionate about financial literacy and empowering people to make wise money decisions.Applications will be processed on a rolling basis and accepted until 3 Dec 2025.
