Role Description: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) TrainerThe Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on M&E principles, tools, and techniques to staff or beneficiaries within the organization’s programs. The role aims to build participants’ capacities in designing M&E plans, developing performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports in a systematic manner that supports decision-making and enhances project quality.Duties and Responsibilities:Design and develop specialized training materials in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) aligned with project needs.Conduct comprehensive training workshops on:Logical Framework (Logframe)M&E PlanPerformance Indicators (KPIs & Indicators)Qualitative and quantitative data collection toolsData analysis methods and reportingTrain participants on the use of practical tools and templates such as surveys, checklists, and data management systems.Assess trainees’ knowledge and skills before and after the training (Pre/Post Assessment).Prepare a final report including training results and recommendations.Provide technical support throughout the training period to ensure proper application of concepts.
