Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Support Executive – Mortgage, located in San Salvador. The Bilingual Support Executive will handle administrative assistance, customer service, client management, lead generation, CRM management, social media, and marketing assistance. They will also manage appointment setting, calendar management, and provide industry-specific support for mortgage-related tasks. The role requires effective communication skills and a strong phone etiquette.
