We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst for our client, based in Dublin. This role requires a commitment of 2 days per week onsite in Dublin, which is non-negotiable. The Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's projects by: Possessing a high level of initiative and independent decision-making, with the ability to handle confidential information. Working with the new project team and the client to support the creation of "To-Be" business processes across the business/client. Gathering detailed business requirements and translating them into features and user stories.
Leading requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders. Capturing business requirements in a thorough, accurate, and methodical manner in line with best practice. Delivering high-quality documentation on current and future business process requirements and associated process workflows in line with best practice industry standards. Assisting in problem-solving and addressing bottlenecks faced by the business by researching and analyzing existing processes, based on business needs. Working closely with business process owners to design, build, and document detailed operational processes and procedures. Ensuring non-functional requirements needed to support the product or service are included within the documented requirements. User & Stakeholder Engagement:
You will be adept at stakeholder management, specifically you will be expected to: Correctly interpret user stakeholder requirements. Breakdown communication barriers between clients and the project team. Facilitate workshops to understand and determine project requirements. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders. Anticipate issues, think proactively, and use critical thinking skills to plan stakeholder elicitation sessions. Team Work: We are looking for a team player who will: Show a positive attitude.
