This role will work closely with our Senior Motion Designer to develop engaging and visually appealing digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics, stays abreast of digital social trends, and is adept at translating ideas into compelling visuals. This position requires experience in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively from anywhere. Responsibilities Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including the latest AI tools, to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation. Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Craft compelling narratives through 2D or/ and 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences across social media platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Support your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals. Develop compelling visuals and content using AI tools. Ensure your work has strong social exposure to reach and engage target audiences. Requirements Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background. Fluency in Speaking English. Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics. Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads. Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools. Working knowledge of Figma. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools. Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is advantageous. Knowledge in the field of fintech or related is definitely advantageous.
