Motion Graphic Designer

Our client is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics for web, mobile, and LED screen media. The role involves working closely with creative teams to produce high-quality visual content that meets client and stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, animation principles, and digital media production.Key Responsibilities:Concept Development:Collaborate with creative directors, internal clients, and team members to develop concepts and storyboards.Interpret client needs and provide creative solutions through motion design.Design and Animation:Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various media platforms.Use software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.Design 2D and 3D assets and integrate them into animations.Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards.Production:Participate in all phases of the motion design process from concept to delivery.Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.Render and export final projects in required formats.Collaboration:Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, video producers, and other team members.Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.Provide and receive constructive feedback to/from peers and stakeholders.Technical Skills:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design and animation process.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Project Management:Communicate project timelines, progress, and deliverables with project managers and clients.Maintain organized project files and assets for easy access and future use.Candidate Profile / Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, and other motion graphics software.Creative Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and graphic design.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and ability to solve creative challenges.Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with 3D animation and modeling.Knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with audio editing software.Experience in video production and editing.
