Motion Graphics and Animation• Create visually captivating motion graphics for digital platforms, includingpromotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.• Ensure animations align with brand identity and aesthetic standards.Social Media Design and Content Creation• Design static and animated visuals for social media posts and campaigns, adhering tobrand guidelines.• Develop engaging graphics to enhance social media presence and drive audienceengagement.Video Production and Editing• Edit and enhance video content for social media and other digital channels, ensuringquality and alignment with messaging.• Manage video projects from conceptualization to final production.Storyboard Development• Develop storyboards to visualize motion graphic concepts and video projects.• Collaborate with the creative team to plan the narrative flow of animations andvideos.Brand Animation• Work closely with the creative team to design and implement motion graphicelements that reinforce and enhance brand identity.Collaboration and Innovation• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.• Stay updated on animation trends and software to incorporate fresh ideas andtechniques into projects.Performance Metrics:Success will be measured by:• Delivering 95% of motion graphic and video projects on time while meeting orexceeding quality expectations.• Ensuring 100% adherence to brand guidelines across all motion graphics and videocontent.• Achieving a 90% or higher satisfaction score from internal teams and clients oncompleted projects.• Increasing social media engagement (likes, shares, views) by 20% through high-quality motion graphics and animations.• Successfully implementing at least 3 new animation techniques or designinnovations annually to enhance creative output.
