Experience Required: 6–8 yearsCompetency: Visual Design / Motion Graphics / UI/UXRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Motion & Visual Designer with strong expertise in multimedia content creation (videos, animations, illustrations) and UI/UX visual design. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually engaging digital experiences with a strong focus on visual storytelling, brand consistency, and user experience alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce videos, motion graphics, animations, icons, and interactive visualsCreate and adapt UI/UX components and layouts ensuring accessibility and consistencyFollow established visual design guidelines and brand frameworksCollaborate with design, development, communication, and learning teams to ensure cohesive deliveryContribute to wireframing, prototyping, user flow mapping, and usability improvementsSupport design documentation, asset organization, and developer handoffRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Audition/AudacityProven experience in motion design, visual storytelling, and digital asset creationStrong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, user experience principles, and accessibilityExcellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detailAbility to deliver high-quality visuals under structured design guidelines
