Currently we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of candidates for junior to middle level positions in the organization and to promote Motor Oil as an employer of choice in the market. During your day you will:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for junior to middle management roles, including CV screening, structured behavioral interviews, personality & potential assessment and internal stakeholder alignmentPrepare, post, and manage internal and external job advertisements to meet the Group’s evolving recruitment needsManage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and psychometric testing logisticsActively support the design and delivery of employer branding (EB) campaigns under the supervision of the Head of TAMonitor and maintain recruitment data in SuccessFactors or other relevant HR systems; contributes to the generation of dashboards and reportingParticipate in career days, events, and targeted campaigns to strengthen the Group’s talent pipelineCreate proactively Talent poos for the main talent focus areas (operations, commercial, technology, finance etc.

)Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Managers (HRBPs) to ensure a seamless and timely hiring process, as well as a positive candidate experienceAdhere to group-wide recruitment strategy and processes and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other similar disciplineAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environmentMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or MBA will be considered as a plusExperience with hiring across multiple departments/sectors in specialists, junior and middle management positionsSolid understanding of structured behavioral interviews, psychometric assessment tools (e. g. SHL), and recruitment best practicesExperience with HRIS/ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactorsExcellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)Proficient use of MS Office tools
