Honda’s Asia & Oceania Regional Headquarters* is seeking an International Coordinator to support Honda’s subsidiaries and distributors across Asia & Oceania.The role begins with coordination of import/export operations, with opportunities to be involved in product planning, business strategy projects, and to gain international exposure, which include overseas experience.*This is not a direct sales or marketing role, but a headquarters-based coordination position.Job Descriptions:Start with Coordinate and support subsidiaries/distributors in areas such as Motorcycle CBU/KD export, demand-supply managementConduct data analysis to support management decision-making.Prepare and coordinate meetings, reports, and presentation materials.Collaborate across functions (sales, logistics, production, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and provide support to local subsidiaries.Contribute to regional projects and other assignments as required.In the future you will have opportunity for Product and business strategy planning, contract negotiation/management, and overall business management. Formulate and monitor short, mid, and long-term business plans as Regional HQ.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Economics, or related fields.Proactive mindset with strong analytical thinking and results-oriented approach.Cultural adaptability and strong interest in gaining international experience.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional and international teams.Good command of English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).Medium skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other business tools.New graduates are welcome; internship or overseas study/exchange experience is a plus.Working Location: Asian Honda Motor, Sarasin Building, Bangrak (BTS: Surasak station)
