Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid, organic, and owned media campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Strategically manage digital media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) across channels such as Meta, Tiktok, Google, X, XiaoHongShu and more. Guide the compilation, validation, and analysis of performance data to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting. Develop comprehensive and visually engaging monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to present campaign results, drive continuous improvement, and propose strategic solutions.

Work with external media partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness and explore new growth opportunitiesKey Requirements: Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying, with a strong understanding of platform mechanics and audience targeting. Solid track record in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and reporting across digital channels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies and recommendations. Skilled in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager and Google Ads. Confident in communicating ideas clearly and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong project and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proactive, curious, and constantly seeking to optimize for better results. Retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
