With a state-wide shift underway in the state of Georgia, requiring all Coin Operated Amusement Machines (COAM) to adopt prepaid card payouts by July 2026, this is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of the industry.
This role will lead to the rollout of our prepaid card-based cashless solution across retail locations, partnering with key players across the gaming, payments, and retail ecosystems. This position will reside in Atlanta Georgia or surrounding areas. You will spearhead field execution, own high-impact partnerships, and drive adoption of a solution that is not just compliant—but transformational. You will be the face of one of our most exciting growth verticals, blending entrepreneurial hustle with disciplined market execution.

Essential FunctionsMarket Expansion & Strategic PartnershipsMeet or exceed sales and revenue growth targets through focused business developmentIdentify and secure new COAM retail locations, with emphasis on convenience stores and independent operatorsInitially in the state of Georgia, cultivate strong relationships with retailers, COAM distributors, and Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) stakeholdersDevelop and execute data-informed strategies to expand market share and geographic presenceEnsure compliance with GLC rules and Class B COAM regulatory standardsDesign and lead scalable location acquisition programs for efficient rolloutCashless Payout Solutions LeadershipSupport the strategic growth of our prepaid card-based payout solution in alignment with Georgia’s 2026 mandatePartner cross-functionally with technology, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless executionGather field insights and user feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisionsMonitor adoption metrics, merchant activation rates, transaction volumes, and profitabilityManage card ordering, inventory, and fulfillment processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendorsTechnology Integration & Operational ExcellenceBuild and manage relationships with strategic technology partners, including kiosk manufacturers, POS system providers, and terminal operatorsServe as the escalation point for technical issues in the field, working with internal products and supporting teams to drive resolutionImplement clear processes for partner communication, issue tracking, and ongoing performance improvementCross-Functional & Strategic SupportServe as the internal and external champion for the COAM and cashless verticalLead cross-departmental coordination to execute strategic initiatives and field programsProvide market intelligence, field learnings, and product input to executive leadershipEducation, Experience, And Other Skills5+ years of experience in business development, product management, or strategic operations in gaming, fintech, payments, or other regulated industriesDemonstrated success launching and scaling offerings in complex compliance environmentsExperience working with retailers, distributors, or hardware/software integratorsStrong negotiation, relationship management, and partner engagement skillsWillingness to travel regularly within Georgia to engage stakeholders and partnersBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceDirect experience in the Georgia COAM gaming market or equivalent location-based gaming environmentsFamiliarity with state lottery organizations or similar regulatory agenciesBackground in payments, prepaid cards, or digital wallet programsExperience working with kiosks, POS systems, merchant onboarding, or loyalty/payments platformsProven success in launching strategic initiatives and building new verticals from the ground upWhy Join Ready Credit?This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative shift in retail gaming and digital disbursements.
