Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities顧客訪問（オンサイト）で、顧客に対して製品トレーニングを効果的に実施する適切なフォローアップ訪問やコール対応を通してのコール対応、 営業／営業技術／サービスと協力してのCS問題を解決するユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献するインストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う営業／営業技術と協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する営業／営業技術／マーケティングと協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する必要に応じて商談ミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献するインストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場で新製品のインパクトの最大化に貢献する医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝するOne GEとして他のモダリティ、超音波、LCS、SVを含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献するRequired Qualificationsモダリティに関する臨床及び経験、あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が3年以上あること出張が可能であること品質問題等の難しい環境下において、様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があることDesired Characteristics診療放射線技師もしくは臨床検査技師の資格を有すること企業や病院でのマトリックス組織における就労経験があること組織のあらゆるレベルに対して、周囲の人々を鼓舞し、信頼関係を構築する能力があること英語によるコミュニケーション能力業務上の車を運転する場合については、必要な範囲において、運転記録の調査に従うことGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
