Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The Key Purpose of this role is to manage the long-term planning and coordination of materials within the zone, playing a critical role in connecting all involved areas and countries to accurately project material needs and ensure the achievement of Service Level and Cost KPIs.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Supplier management & engagementEnsuring material supply against calculated requirements in the long/middle termWorking on the Materials Management module of an ERP systemWorking on a Materials Requirements Planning systemStock level management at Brewery and SupplierMaterials management to optimize business cost for NPD, Promotions and discontinuation processesRisk identification and mitigationMaterial obsolescence identification and managementSystem and Master Data maintenanceIdentify and implement cost avoidance and cost reduction initiativesKPI tracking (service level / cost)Reporting standardizes the reports across the BusStandardize the Zone Planning Reports and presentationsSPOC Procurement Long Term PlanKey Attributes and Competencies: Strong ability to negotiate and influence SuppliersAdvanced analytical skillsStrong ProblemSolving abilityExcellent presentation, report drafting, and interpersonal skillsTalent for forming and leveraging relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersDiscipline and rigor around processes Requires superb attention to detailMinimum Requirements:Supply chain orientated degree, or degree in one of the numerical sciences preferredAbility to use SAP, MS Excel & MS PowerPointFamiliarity with Supply chain principles, from Purchasing through to manufacturingPrior experience in a Planning oriented role, preferably at an FMCG company would be advantageousAdditional Information:BAND: VIIAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in- line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
