This critical role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical and leadership capabilities who can seamlessly manage multiple project streams while delivering high-impact technological solutions.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects from initial planning through final deployment and post-implementation supportDevelop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, timelines, resource allocations, and budgetary requirementsCoordinate cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project executionConduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into technical specificationsDesign and execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challengesPerform regular project status reporting and communicate progress to senior leadership and key stakeholdersOversee system configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutionsManage change management processes and provide training and support during system transitionsEnsure compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practicesRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related technical fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of project management experience with a strong focus on enterprise software implementationsProven track record of successfully managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projectsDemonstrated experience in Software/SaaS/PaaS technology environmentsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferredRequired Skills:Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and enterprise software solutionsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detailProven expertise in Project Management Methodology, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of structured project delivery frameworksAdvanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation, including system design, configuration, and customizationStrategic Planning and Execution capabilities to align technological solutions with broader business objectivesRobust Stakeholder Communication and Engagement skills to build and maintain collaborative relationshipsTechnical Solution Design and Configuration expertise to develop innovative and scalable software implementationsProficient in agile and waterfall project management methodologiesAdvanced skills in project management toolsThis Senior Project Manager role represents a critical opportunity to drive technological innovation within client projects.
