We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Based in Riga, this position will support a remote Talent Acquisition team by headhunting, sourcing, and conducting initial candidate screenings. The role will primarily focus on global recruitment for different MSC structures, including roles in IT, Finance etc. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs across different MSC Structures and job rolesConduct headhunting activities to identify and engage passive candidates for critical rolesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social media and other channelsConduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and motivationCoordinate interviews logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experienceMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure data consistencyPublish job advertisements across internal and external platforms in alignment with branding and compliance standardsQualification:
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on headhunting activities, sourcing and first-round interviewsProven broad understanding of IT functions, technologies and terminologyExperience in logistics, supply chain or transportation sectors is considered an advantageProficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities across global time zonesFluent in English, any other foreign language is considered an advantageKey Competencies: Attention to Detail: Demonstrates precision in candidate screening, documentation and communication to ensure accuracy and alignment with hiring needsConsistency:
