• Plan, create, and publish weekly updates across MSI Malaysia’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. ). • Generate creative ideas and produce local social media content tailored to the Malaysian market. • Monitor social media engagement and prepare weekly reports on performance and insights. • Lead brainstorming sessions for fresh social content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Digital Advertising & Budget Management: • Manage META Ads accounts, including META CPAS campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and control. • Monitor ad performance daily, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies or platforms to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness. E-commerce & Website Content: • Maintain and update website content, including product listings, landing pages, and promotional banners. • Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO and user experience. • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to support sales promotions and campaigns on platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Sales Promotion Support: • Follow up on ongoing sales promotions and campaigns to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. • Assist in coordinating offline marketing activities and events as needed. • Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor competitor digital marketing activities and consumer trends in the Malaysian consumer electronics market. • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve MSI’s marketing strategies. Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports covering social media performance, ad campaigns, budget usage, and market analysis. • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaign results, and promotional materials inventory. Cross-functional Collaboration: • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Support ad hoc marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
