We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our vibrant, global marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the visual identity of multiple software brands within the LTG Group, creating engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects with audiences worldwide.This isn’t just a design job — it’s your opportunity to influence how the world experiences a diverse portfolio of brands.What You’ll Do Collaborate with talented creatives across the globe to produce immersive digital content — from websites and videos to social media and beyond. Work across multiple brands, each with its own personality and audience, bringing them to life through bold visuals and compelling storytelling. Partner with senior stakeholders to design impactful board and pitch decks. Create a wide variety of multimedia assets, including eBooks, research reports, animations, videos, and more. Edit video content with accessibility in mind — adding captions, transcripts, and audio descriptions. Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging narratives. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while adapting to the unique identity of each brand. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality, on-brand content. Champion accessibility in every piece of content you create. What You Bring A degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Demonstrate experience in media design, including the management of a strong portfolio. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Proven skills in motion graphics, video editing, and animation. Strong foundation in graphic design and visual storytelling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment. Solid understanding of accessibility design principles. Experience with brand refreshes or full-scale rebrands. Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma. Fluency in English (written and spoken) — essential for global collaboration. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Bonus Points If You Have Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with web design tools. Understanding of UI/UX and web accessibility standards.
