Multi-Task Attendant

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Clean in accordance with Hospital Cleaning standards. To be observant for spillages and act promptly to ensure they are properly dealt with. Use appropriate equipment as supplied by Hospital to carry out daily tasks. To move furniture as relevant to clean behind and underneath, with assistance from other ward/department staff as required. Carry out laundry/ linen duties as required. Attend to linen skips that are 2/3 full on Delivery Suite, Theatre and NICU sluice areas. Provide waste management duties including the transportation of general and clinical waste (including tagging system) in line with national and locally devised policies and standards.
