Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and creative Animation Artist to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate has strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and AI video generation, with a passion for transforming property concepts into compelling visual stories.This is a full-time position. After hiring and upon demonstrating excellent performance and commitment, the company will sponsor a UAE resident visa for the selected candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality graphic designs, animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos for real estate marketing campaigns.-Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Firefly, Veo 3, Flux, Midjourney, Kling etc.) to enhance creativity and storytelling.-Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute engaging video and animation content.-Edit and finalize animation and design outputs optimized for different platforms (social media, website, digital ads, etc.).-Keep up to date with emerging animation trends, AI video tools, and real estate visualization techniques.-Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Qualifications & Skills-Proven experience as an Animation Artist, Motion Graphics Designer, and Graphic Designer (minimum 2 years preferred).-Proficiency in Adobe After Creative Suite, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.-Knowledge or experience in AI video generation tools such as Firefly, Veo 3, Flux, Midjourney, and Kling.-Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.-Excellent sense of motion, design, composition, and color.-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.-Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.-Portfolio link required showcasing graphic designs, animation and motion graphics work.Preferred (Nice to Have)-Experience in real estate visualization, and property-related videos.-Basic understanding of AI compositing and voice/video synthesis tools.
