Atlanta Hustle Multimedia & Content Creation Internship (Spring 2026 – For Course Credit)Position OverviewThe Atlanta Hustle of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Multimedia & Content Creation Intern for the Spring 2026 semester. Designed for course credit, this internship provides hands-on experience producing high-impact creative assets for a professional sports franchise.This role is ideal for a student with a strong creative point of view, camera experience, and a portfolio showcasing graphic design, videography, and editing work. Interns will play a significant part in shaping the Hustle’s visual identity across social media, digital platforms, and game day environments. You won’t just assist—you’ll contribute meaningful, visible work that impacts the brand immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesMultimedia Production & Creative StorytellingCapture high-quality photo and video content at practices, games, team events, and community activities.Produce short-form video, highlight clips, and storytelling pieces for social media and digital platforms.Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance team branding, player visibility, and fan engagement.Create graphic assets using Canva (and/or Adobe tools) for game promotions, announcements, recaps, and marketing campaigns.Social Content ExecutionContribute to the Hustle’s content calendar with fresh, innovative multimedia concepts.Edit and deliver timely content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube).Support real-time posting and game day coverage with quick-turn video and photo edits.Game Day Creative OperationsServe as a primary on-site content creator during home games.Capture dynamic visuals including behind-the-scenes footage, fan experience moments, and in-game action.Collaborate with staff to ensure creative assets support gameday scripts, promotions, and marketing activations.Digital Asset Management & AnalyticsOrganize and archive photo/video files for internal use.Assist with social and digital performance tracking to evaluate creative impact.QualificationsCurrent enrollment in a Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or related program (must be eligible for course credit).Required: A portfolio of sample work (video, photo, design, or social media projects).Strong creative instincts, storytelling ability, and visual composition skills.Experience in:Graphic design (Canva required; Adobe Suite a plus)Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)Video filming / camera operationStrong understanding of digital trends, short-form content, and social media aesthetics.Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and all home games.Excellent communication, time management, and self-direction.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
