We create the training, communication, and learning materials that help agency staff, dealers, and lenders adapt and adopt with confidence.We’re looking for a Multimedia Education Designer — a creative storyteller and visual communicator who can turn complex information into clear, engaging content. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative generalist: part graphic designer, part content creator.This role blends creativity, design thinking, and communication strategy to support statewide rollouts that impact thousands of users.What You’ll DoDesign & Visual CommunicationDevelop a wide range of creative assets — from PowerPoint decks and infographics to explainer videos, animations, and eLearning content.Design interactive and visual learning modules that prepare end users for new system functionality and usability.Edit and produce videos with source footage from internal or external sources, including the creation of basic screen graphics and animations.Support activation and product teams with visuals that make technical concepts easy to understand.Create cohesive design templates and toolkits that align with CHAMP’s branding and style standards.Plan, schedule, and manage graphic design projects related to change management, training, and state roll out communication initiatives.Review and proof artwork for quality, accuracy, and accessibilityLearning Content & AccessibilityDesign simple, engaging, and inclusive training resources — user guides, quick reference tools, videos, and how-to materials — for internal and external audiences.Ensure all learning materials meet accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).Adapt content for multiple formats including print, digital, video, and interactive platforms.Apply learner-centered and change-management principles to maximize understanding and retention.Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly content.Change Management Support & CollaborationPartner with activation analysts and change management leads to identify training and design needs for state rollouts.Develop communication and learning materials that build awareness, confidence, and readiness among stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure design deliverables align with rollout timelines and impact goals.Assist with photo/video shoots and vendor management for creative deliverables.Requirements QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in creative design, content development, or multimedia production within an agency or corporate environment.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, digital, and video media.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma or similar).Strong storytelling skills and visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory).Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management abilities.Adaptable and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting change management or large-scale system rollouts.Familiarity with government, civic tech, or public-sector training environments.Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms.Experience with motion graphics or advanced video editing.Public-sector technology or modernization experience.Why You’ll Like Working HereCompetitive SalaryAnnual Bonus PotentialHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceUnlimited PTO PolicyMatching 401K with immediate vestingSubsidized Lunches at our Cleveland HeadquartersFast Paced work environment in a growth companyNewly Renovated Office SpaceSalary RangeThe expected salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
