Multimedia Specialist

Job Purpose:Execute communication strategies that will effectively communicate HR initiatives and engage its target audience. This includes creative direction, copywriting, content and design planning and execution, as well as to ensure that the creative output is aligned with the communications plan and company branding. This is in order to keep employees well-informed and motivated.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the communications team and other involved stakeholders in conceptualizing communication strategiesCreate content for outbound correspondences via email, website, portals and social or digital media platformsDevelop and disseminate employee relations materials that will increase the visibility of HR initiatives and other people-related and company-wide programs to internal and external audiencesProvide copywriting, creative direction and proof-read materials prior to seeking approval from the Senior HR ManagerAssign appropriate communication channels and ensure timely release of materials according to approved audience, budget and scheduleKeep abreast of industry best practices and innovations on effective employee communication channels to ensure continuous relevance and impact to SM Supermalls’ diverse audienceMonitor development, production and maintenance of platforms used by the department in order to ensure timely release and accessibility of materials produced to target audienceApprove procurement of physical materials and assets of the departmentRequirements:Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or HR (agency or corporate)Demonstrated experience in development and execution of company communication strategies, utilizing a wide variety of mediaHas creative flair and can translate ideas into creative output and engaging communicationsAble to work to tight deadlines and manage projects with the given timelinesExperienced in using different multimedia tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.)Candidate must be willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
