Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately. Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to the right departments.
Maintain a professional front office environment that reflects the company’s brand and values. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability for internal and external stakeholders. Support administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and documentation. Assist with office logistics such as receiving deliveries, handling mail, and liaising with vendors. Provide general administrative support to various departments as required. QualificationsQualifications And SkillsBachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles (experience in an EPC or engineering environment is an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion. Additional InformationThe Remuneration Is Competitive Along With Other Benefits. The Deadline for submission is September 15, 2025.
