Job Description

About the Role: As the National Sales Manager for Nabati Malaysia, you will be responsible for driving the company’s sales growth and market share across the country. You will manage and develop distributor partnerships, lead and motivate the sales team, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets. Manage and build strong relationships with distributors to maximize product availability and market penetration. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results and achieve KPIs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure effective execution of trade marketing programs and sales promotions in the market. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth business operations. Manage sales budgets effectively to drive profitable growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales within FMCG, preferably in snacks, biscuits, or confectionery categories. Strong experience in managing distributors and leading sales teams at national level.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
