Job OverviewWe are now searching for a People Operations Specialist Nordics – Part Time up to 30 hours. Join our dynamic People team and immerse yourself in both operational and strategic HR processes.

From day one, you will have the opportunity to work independently on assigned tasks while also contributing your innovative ideas to advance our department. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that will allow you to make a significant impact and grow your career in HR. You will be attached to our Drammen office based in Norway. Key ResponsibilitiesPolicies and Processes: Manage a variety of personnel policies and processes, including all document management, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operationsLead Payroll Management:

Take charge of payroll for Norway, collaborating closely with our dedicated providers to ensure timely, accurate payments in compliance with local lawsDraft Labor-Related Documents: Own the drafting and management of a wide range of labor documents, including employment contracts and addenda, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with company policiesGenerate Reports and Data Insights: Produce reports and provide data insights to support decision-making, driving continuous improvement in HR processesSupport Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to payroll, contracts, and other HR-related questions, ensuring clear and timely communicationContribute to HR Projects:

Support various HR topics as needed, including payroll accounting, HR system administration, and process improvementsEngage with local management and managers to support the local businessKey RequirementsCompleted commercial training, studies, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources2-3 years of experience in operational People/HR work, particularly in the HR operationsYou have solid knowledge of labor and social security law topicsYou possess a very high level of comprehension, strong analytical skills, and an affinity for numbersYou have an eye for detail and love to work accuratelyFluent English skills complete your profile, Norwegian or Danish language skills are a plusWhy choose us and why we’d choose you?At NACOS Marine, people are at the heart of everything we do.
