Key ResponsibilitiesPolicies and Processes: Manage a variety of personnel policies and processes, including all document management, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operationsLead Payroll Management:
Take charge of payroll for Norway, collaborating closely with our dedicated providers to ensure timely, accurate payments in compliance with local lawsDraft Labor-Related Documents: Own the drafting and management of a wide range of labor documents, including employment contracts and addenda, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with company policiesGenerate Reports and Data Insights: Produce reports and provide data insights to support decision-making, driving continuous improvement in HR processesSupport Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to payroll, contracts, and other HR-related questions, ensuring clear and timely communicationContribute to HR Projects:
