Job PurposeThe Compliance Assistant assists and supports the immediate supervisor in day to day AML operation, reviewing and monitoring in line with established internal policies, procedures and external regulatory frameworksDuties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance to Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all timesGeneral Job FunctionsCollects all relevant AML documents (TR & SIR) from respective departments on a daily basisEnsures all the information such as; player information & transaction information are captured accurately into the information systemAssists in translation English to Khmer during AML TrainingLiaises with the document control department for safe keeping of all AML documentsAny other tasks assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent education requiredProficient in organizing workload to ensure timely completion of multiple assignmentsPrior experience is not required, but will be considered an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT, Word and OutlookEnglish Language proficiencyWorking ConditionsThis position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
