You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Design Team to ensure our world feels grounded and believable, staying true to established lore and world logic.In this role you will:Work closely together with the Creative Director to shape the game’s overarching narrative, tone and themes.Ensure all narrative content aligns with the established lore and logic.Explore new and innovative ways stories can be told within the MMORPG genre.Write and implement immersive missions, character dialogue, cutscenes and set pieces in Unreal Engine 5.Create and maintain narrative design documentation, including mission flow charts, character stories, and lore consistency guidelines.Collaborate with other departments (art, audio, design) to ensure the game’s narrative is integrated into all aspects of gameplay and world design.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of professional experience in Narrative Design or another related discipline.Experience writing complex character-driven stories.A deep understanding of non-linear narrative structures and systems.Experience with Unreal Engine.Experience prototyping missions and gameplay scenarios using visual scripting (such as Blueprints).A deep familiarity with MMORPGs or live service games.Affinity for science fiction.Strong English writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.EXTRA POINTSExperience working on (MMO)RPGs or other character-driven digital content.A background in Progression Design, Economy Design or UI/UX Design.Having worked on projects that involve deep character-driven stories (RPGs, webtoons/comics, movies, series or others)Experience directing or editing voice-over performance dialogue.Experience with localization pipelines.Regardless of your qualifications, these are a few things we're always looking for:Passion.
