You will support both our Branded and Private Label categories, preparing and adapting designs for flawless production across packaging, print, and digital channels. You will be the technical backbone of the Design Studio, ensuring our creative vision is executed beautifully across products, pitches, and brand experiences. This role is essential in turning creative concepts into technically accurate and production-ready assets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in execution.In this role, you will be part of our in-house Design Studio team, which we are currently expanding. You will report directly to the Head of Design Studio. You will closely collaborate with (Graphic) Designers, Product Management, and external suppliers to bring artwork to life at speed and with precision.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs DTP Specialist you will do the following:Artwork Production: Translate design concepts into accurate, production-ready files for packaging, POS, and printed collateral.Adaptations & Roll-outs: Create variations of existing designs across formats, languages, and product lines with consistency and quality.Print & Technical Preparation: Ensure that artwork specifications, dyelines, and technical requirements meet print and manufacturing standards. Design Efficiency: Optimize workflows using AI-powered tools and automation features in Adobe applications to accelerate execution. Presentation Support: Refine and structure high-quality presentation decks to elevate communication with internal teams and customers.Creative Refinement: Maintain brand integrity through strong layout skills, typography alignment, and visual consistency.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with (Graphic) Designers and Product Management to meet multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.Quality Control: Perform detailed artwork checks to ensure legal, regulatory, and brand compliance.RequirementsWe look forward to meeting you if you bring the following:3+ years of experience as a DTP Specialist - FMCG or packaging experience is highly valuedExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Mastery of artwork mechanics: pre-press, print techniques, color management, dyelines, and templatesExperience in adopting AI tools to increase accuracy and efficiencySharp eye for details and drive to deliver precise, consistent, and high-quality workAbility to stay flexible and calm working in a fast-paced environment with shifting projectsA proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.Next to that, it’s a nice to have if you bring experience working with printers and production suppliers. Familiarity with digital asset or artwork management systems also counts as a plus.
