Both roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact on how our products are seen, experienced, and remembered by consumers and customers. You will report directly to the Head of Design Studio. You will closely collaborate with our (Graphic) Designers, DTP Specialist, Product Management/Marketing, and commercial teams to deliver compelling design solutions.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs Graphic Designer you play a key role in shaping how our products come to life - on shelf, online, and in the minds of consumers and customers. You work across a wide range of creative touchpoints, from packaging and brand identity to (pitch) presentations and digital content. Your work will support both brand consistency and commercial growth, making this a role with real creative and strategic influence.Depending on whether your focus is on Brand or Private Label as a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will vary slightly. Within the Branded business, you focus on delivering cohesive brand identity and expression across channels. Within the Private Label business, you focus on developing commercial, compelling design concepts and packaging directions to support sell-in pitches and new business briefs.Your Responsibilities IncludePackaging & Artwork Design: Create and adapt packaging designs and product visuals with precision, consistency and a commercial focusTrend & Concept Development: Translate market and design trends into relevant creative directionsBrand Identity & Guidelines: Develop & execute scalable visual assets, and brand guidelinesClient Acquisition & Pitch Design: Design persuasive visuals and packaging concepts for new business pitches (Private Label)Campaign & POS Design: Design materials for retail activations, product launches, and sales support.Digital & Content Assets: Produce visuals for e-commerce, social media, and websitesResponding flexibly to fast-turnaround requests and refining designs based on feedbackRequirementsWe look forward to meeting you if you bring:3–5 years of graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing branding or conceptual thinking, packaging, and high quality design workAdvanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Skilled in PowerPoint for storytelling, pitch visualization, and internal presentationsStrong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theoryFlexible and adaptable mindset, able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities smoothlyA collaborative team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, pro-active mindset.Next to that, it’s a nice to have if you have some (basic) understanding of artwork- and print production. Familiarity with Motion/3D/UX tools (like After Effects, Figma) counts as a plus. The same holds for affinity for photography and product styling.
