QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece's first digital-only bank. That's where you come in. We are seeking an enthusiastic QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our growing IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities will include: Develop, document, and maintain test cases and test plans based on product requirements and specifications.   Execute manual test cases across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).   Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software products.   Report defects clearly and concisely using the defect tracking system.   Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.   Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond scripted test cases.   Create detailed test reports summarizing test results and quality metrics.   Provide regular updates to the QA Manager on test progress, issues, and risks.

  Collaboration and Communication:   Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, to understand product requirements and use cases.   Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.   RequirementsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in manual software testing.   Experience with defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps).   Familiarity with various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, exploratory).   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Strong verbal and written communication skills.   Good understanding of SQL and ability to write queries.   Good knowledge of API testing with Swagger or Postman  Experience using browser developer tools (e.

g. , Chrome DevTools) to inspect elements, debug JavaScript errors, and trace the source of bugs.
