With their major pet food brands in both major grocery, pet specialty and on-line retailers they are committed to continual innovation and providing high-quality products to maintain and improve the health of fur babies across Australia and New Zealand.The Role Reporting to a highly experienced National Sales Manager you will be empowered to further develop and execute the sales and category strategy for all brands within your assigned speciality in-store and on-line Pet retailers. You will be an integral part of the team, which is supportive, collaborative and dynamic. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.You will be responsible for (not limited to) the following:Continue to develop a strong business relationship within your Pet Speciality accounts which includes on-line retailers Create and execute short and long-term strategic channel strategies that are aligned with broader business strategy objectives Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales, marketing and digital strategies Identify and convert new business, new distribution and incremental sales opportunities outside of scheduled range reviewsSuccessfully launch New Products into marketAccountable for accurate and timely account plans, range reviews, sales forecasting and reportingManage Trade Expenditure Budget Drive customer engagement and implement feedback in response to Advantage Group Survey resultsAbout You!Passionate about the welfare of pets Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in FMCG/Apparel/Beauty/Wellness account management including Ecommerce.Currently National Account Executive ready to take on more responsibility or National Account Manager wanting a change of industry.Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders High level of self-motivation and results focusedBudgeting and commercial acumen with strong analytical skillsProficient in Sales and category reporting and insightsStrong planning and organisational skillsHigh Emotional Intelligence You thrive in a close-knit team environment Strong work ethic and high level of integrityAdvanced knowledge of MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.Current NSW driver’s license with full Australian Working rightsBenefitsFriendly, fun team environment WFH policy – 3 days in the office Modern office in funky & lively precinct Metro and regular train is walking distanceBring your pet to work!Strong on- the -job mentorship providedSupportive and Collaborative leadership teamInternal Career OpportunitiesApply Now If this sounds like your next career move, we look forward to receiving your application or please reach out to Melina Iuculano 0400 944 007 for a confidential chat.
