We serve global blue-chip clients, including leading banks, automotive captives, and financial institutions, helping them digitally transform their financing and leasing operations.About the Role:We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our primary sales efforts in Australia. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for driving new business and expanding NETSOL’s footprint in the financial services, leasing, and banking technology sector.The ideal candidate will bring proven technology sales experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or consulting, with an understanding of asset leasing and finance.However, we are equally open to strong candidates from asset leasing and finance backgrounds (including consulting or digital transformation) who demonstrate the ability and passion to transition into enterprise technology sales.This role combines strategic business development, consultative selling, and relationship management with senior decision-makers in the Australian market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Australia, aligned with NETSOL’s global vision.Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, including banks, auto finance captives, and fintech.Engage senior stakeholders with solution-driven discussions, presentations, and demos.Partner with global product, delivery, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.Represent NETSOL at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to shape strategic positioning.Take ownership of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the Australian region.Candidate Profile:Must-Have (Top Priority):8–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or consulting.Strong track record of Asset leasing and finance and/or technology and/or enterprise software sales.Ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and close complex B2B deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Understanding of technology and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.Strongly Preferred:Direct exposure to asset leasing and finance — either through sales, consulting, or product/operations roles.Experience with digital transformation projects in financial services.Add-Ons (Nice to Have):Consulting background in financial industry or technology strategy.Familiarity with leasing/finance enterprise software platforms.Experience working with global, distributed teams in a matrix organization.What We Offer:A competitive base salary with performance-linked incentives.Opportunity to lead sales for Australia with direct access to regional leadership.Clear career progression — with the ability to grow into global leadership roles within a NASDAQ-listed multinational.Exposure to Fortune 500 clients and global banking & auto finance leaders.Be part of a globally recognized fintech innovator, driving digital transformation in asset finance.A collaborative global culture with support from technical, delivery, and leadership teams across regions.
