After rapid success across Australia, the UK and Europe, we’re entering our next chapter: our expansion into Canada with a leading beauty retailer.We’re looking for a National Account Manager who brings modern commercial thinking, strong retail instincts and an easy confidence that matches our brand energy. Someone who leads with clarity, moves with intention and thrives in an environment where autonomy and creativity are the norm.The RoleYou’ll own the Canadian market: setting the strategy, building retailer relationships, driving performance and making sure TYPEBEA shows up with the same effortless polish in Canada as it does globally.This role suits someone who’s commercially sharp, culturally aware and instinctively knows what premium should feel like on shelf, online and in store.What You’ll Do: Commercial LeadershipOwn and deliver TYPEBEA’s Canadian sales and profit targetsBuild and lead JBPs, trade plans and promotional strategies with the leading beauty retailerUse data and category insight to spot trends, optimise performance and unlock growthPartner with global teams on forecasting, new product launches and commercial planningBalance ambition with pragmatism to ensure strong margins and healthy sell throughRetail and Marketing ExecutionEnsure TYPEBEA’s retail experience is premium, elevated and consistent across all doorsPartner with retailer education teams to build strong brand knowledge and advocacyBring global campaigns to life in a way that feels locally relevant and culturally alignedCreate Canadian brand moments and activations that reflect TYPEBEA’s modern aesthetic and attitudeRelationship and Stakeholder ManagementBuild genuine, trusted relationships with buying, planning and marketing teamsRepresent the Canadian market internally, championing insight, opportunity and risksPartner with global Marketing, Digital, Supply and Finance teams for seamless executionMaintain strong reporting and CRM disciplineReporting and InsightsTrack weekly and monthly results, providing clear insights and recommendationsStay ahead of category movements, competitive shifts and Canadian beauty trendsInfluence global teams with strong local intelligence and point of viewWhat You Bring5+ years in beauty or premium consumer goods, ideally within specialty or luxury retailExperience working with a leading beauty retailer or major Canadian partnersProven success in account management, business development or retail sales in CanadaBilingual (English/French) preferredStrong communication and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset, confident in Excel and reporting toolsComfortable working independently, making decisions and owning outcomesWho You AreLocated in Toronto, Canada (mandatory)Effortlessly confident: you know your craft and people trust you quicklyCommercially sharp with a natural instinct for where the growth isDeeply connected to beauty culture and what premium looks and feels likeA proactive self starter who can set a direction and deliver itCalm, clear and intentional, navigating a global business with easeFlexible with time zones and open to travel within Canada and occasionally internationally.Collaborative and grounded: no ego, just great energy and strong deliveryWhy TYPEBEA?We’re modern, ambitious, creative and growing fast.
