Strategic DevelopmentContract type: maximum termStart date: 12/01/2026End date: 31/12/2026Main goalThe National Associations (NA) Strategic Development unit exists to help national associations achieve their potential. Our mission is to generate and gather knowledge, establish services for national associations and bring people together. To help us deliver on this mission, we are looking for a NA Strategic Development Intern to join our team.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both event and administrative coordination (50%) and research and strategic project support (50%).Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & event support (50%)Assisting in the planning and delivery of events, conferences and workshops with national associations and key stakeholdersSupporting communication efforts, including drafting and distributing newsletters and post-event reportsSupporting administrative processes such as invoice handling or project progress trackingResearch & project support (50%)Contributing to ongoing and new research and data management initiativesAnalysing large sets of data and reports submitted by UEFA member associationsConducting desk research on a variety of strategic topics relevant to the development of UEFA’s 55 member associationsPreparing presentations to summarise research findings RequirementsExperience:Experience in event management, research, data analysis and/or project management would be an assetFamiliarity with the European football landscape and UEFA’s member associations would be a plusEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in business, event management, economics, management, marketing, sports management, statistics or a similar fieldLanguages:English / ProficientOther requirements:Accomplished user of MS OfficeService orientated, team player and solution-drivenApproachable, personable and willing to work in a collaborative mannerAnalytical mindset with a passion for working with data and reportsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailWant to stay updated on our latest job opportunities, events, and behind-the-scenes insights?
