The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in national channels, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the Sales Department in reaching its strategic goals.As Duzey, we are operating in FMCG sector within Koc Holdings and looking for a team member located in İstanbul to take the position of National Channels Sales Executive.Responsibilities· Achieves sales and revenue targets within the budgets determined for customers and categories under responsibilityManages sales policies (product, price and activity, etc.) determined for the customers and categories under responsibilityFollows annual customer / category agreements and periodic activities to increase the profitability of the companyEnsures that operational processes such as order / shipment, customer stock, collection etc. are tracked in the most efficient manner and shares the necessary processes with relevant business unitsResponsible for meeting clients’ expectations and manages the business relationships in accordance with our sales and marketing strategyReports trends in the market, competitor's activities and product performance indicators and ensures that the central teams are properly guided by the field teamQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in related fieldsMinimum 3 year of experience in sales, key account, channel management in related industriesPreferably, having experience in SAP environmentProficient in MS Office applicationsAbility to develop processes to implement opportunities that may ariseSkilled in planning, organization and coordinationDynamic, prone to teamwork, success and result orientedPrivileges of Being Part of the Düzey FamilyNot just work, happiness is also our job.
