We are looking for a National Operation Manager (General Trade) to lead, align, and drive operational strategies from Head Office to all area teams. This role will oversee nationwide retail execution, ensure sales targets are achieved, and strengthen our presence across multiple regions.An effective National Operation Manager excels in managing diverse teams remotely, has a strong strategic mindset, and demonstrates solid leadership. Success in this role requires strong communication and collaboration with store owners, merchandising teams, and frontliners. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring consistent execution of strategies that enhance product visibility, drive sell-out performance, and elevate overall brand image across all assigned areas.Job Descriptions:Align Head Office strategies to all area teams, ensuring consistent implementation across regions.Lead and monitor Direct Selling Team (Beauty Advisors/SPG/Merchandisers/Team Leaders) into a clear and efficient sales strategy to boost sales performance and achieve sale out target.Conduct market and competitor analysis, and forecast trends for each region to tailor effective strategies.Optimize the customer journey within the store, from attracting visitors to completing transactions, increasing income and customer numbers.Collaborate with relevant teams to design store layouts and displays that align with trends and store characteristics, attracting more customers.Explore opportunities for partnerships with external parties to maximize sales.Foster positive relationships with Agencies and Distributors to ensure smooth operations.Responsible for the Sell-Out target which refers to the actual sales of products to end customersDeveloping strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting sales within your area. This could involve pricing strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns, and ensuring that your teams are motivated and equipped to drive sales.Oversee sales operations to maintain operational excellence.Manage the budget allocation for sales operations efficiently to maintain profit margins.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, General Management, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years experience as Operation Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skin care/Beauty industry).Currently base or willing to be place in Head Office, Jakarta.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Having strong database in General Trade, Modern Trade and Local Modern Trade.Knowledge of the Skincare and Retail Industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Able to Develop channel sales strategyAble to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales TargetWilling to travel throughout Indonesia if neededAble to join ASAP
