We are seeking a strategic and driven National Sales Manager to lead our Food Service Channel, focusing on HoReCa, Bakery, and Industrial segments. This role reports to the Country Business Head & Sales Director.What You Will Be DoingDrive Strategic Growth: Lead revenue generation and business development across HoReCa, Bakery, and Industrial segments through customer-centric strategies and territory optimizationSales & Distribution Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team and distribution network aligned with business goals and profitability targetsCapability & Talent Development: Conduct training, coaching, and capability building across teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performanceOperational Excellence: Monitor sales performance, marketing execution, budget utilization, and ensure compliance with cold chain and financial protocolsCustomer & Partner Management: Oversee onboarding of new customers, manage distributor relationships, and ensure service coverage and satisfactionAdministrative Oversight: Maintain accurate records, manage distributor data, oversee claims and assets, and conduct regular business reviewsTeam Engagement & Training: Promote product knowledge, team motivation, and engagement through structured training and communication.So, what does it take to be successful?Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field8–10 years of experience in sales/channel development, preferably in food service or FMCGStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsProven success in managing HoReCa or Out-of-Home (OOH) channelsProficient in data analysis, reporting, and managing multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with industry-specific standards and compliance requirements.What’s next?Ready to make your mark?
